A Healthy Trifle

If you fancy something sweet and tasty that doesn't pile on the pounds or tie you to the kitchen workbench, then read on!

Life is better with trifle!
This dish is so super easy that you'll be in and out of the kitchen in less than ten minutes and holding a healthy treat in your hands.
Ingredients
Some jam
Plain Greek yoghurt
Some fruit 🍓 🍇🍎
Biscuits
Honey
Method
Get a glass and spoon in some jam, then add a layer of yoghurt, then fruit, then more yoghurt and fruit. Near to the top of the glass, drizzle some honey and crumble on a biscuit for texture. Remember - presentation, presentation, presentation!
Pro tip 1: for a super low-cal version, avoid the jam and the biscuit.
Pro tip 2: make a batch, stick them in a takeout box and place in the fridge. When friends come over, take them out the fridge in front of them and pretend you got them from a trendy new pop-up food truck in town. It'll drive your friends crazy when they can't find the pop-up food truck and they’ll be plagued with FOMO knowing that they are not keeping up with local trends. 😳
